Shipping Information

Candleshop.com, Shipping Rates
These shipping rates are for US addresses only and may be viewed by clicking on
the link next to the Shopping Cart on every page. One destination will be shipped FREE
for each $65 in purchases.
See below for further explanation.
Packages returned to us by UPS or the Post Office
for incorrect addresses, or insufficient address will result in additional
shipping charges if the error is not made by Candleshop.com. Please check
your order confirmation to make sure that you entered all data necessary such as
Apt #'s, Suite #'s, etc. Any address corrections that UPS has to make (in
order to get your package to you) might result in a $5 additional charge.
Priority Shipping is not available for any Lamp
Oil Orders regardless of destination.Most orders are sent via United Parcel Service,
Ground. Most in stock items are shipped within 72 hours (Note weekends don't
count!) Orders placed on Fridays usually ship early the following week.Most weekend orders are also shipped early in the
week.Small items may be sent via USPS Priority Mail.
The decision is made by us at the time of shipment.
Find the color where you are located on the U.S. map, then
use the key to the lower right to find the estimated delivery times. These
are for UPS Ground shipments. Keep in mind that these are transit times AFTER
they actually ship, and do not include weekend and UPS Holidays. Orders are packed and shipped within 24 -
72 hours
unless your order has a backorder or there is a problem (we will email you).
After ordering, look for UPS' email (Quantum View) with your tracking number and
estimated date of delivery.
We ship out of the Philadelphia, PA area. Orders
going to States less than 500 miles away usually arrive within 1 - 2 days from
shipment.Orders going south of North Carolina, or west of
the Mississippi, but east of the Rocky Mountains, can take up to 4 business
days. UPS does not count weekends in their delivery estimates.Orders going west of the Rocky Mountains can take
up to 7 business days.At the time of Check Out you have the option of
paying for premium shipping. This means we will most often use a 2 day method of
shipping, AND your order will get special handling to insure shipment within 48
hours (except orders placed on Fridays, or Saturdays). At times it may be
necessary to ship 3 Day Select instead. This is decided if the shipping cost
comes to more than what you were actually charged. An example of
when this might happen is if the weight of the package is above 13 LBS (ex: 5
large jar candles) and ships to the West Coast, your order might have to ship 3
Day Select. Please call 800-936-7844 if you definitely need your order to
ship 2nd Day Air. We can then discuss if an additional charge would be
necessary. For overnight delivery, or other time critical
shipping questions, please call us at 800-936-7844.NOTE! Orders for lamp oil cannot be
sent via Second Day Air or Priority Mail so Priority Shipping is not available!
These orders will be sent via ground only.
Premium Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
MOST Candleshop.com orders ship via UPS
Ground, therefore we will need a physical shipping address for most orders.
If shipping your order via the Post Office will be quicker and falls within what
you paid for shipping, we will choose this option. Shipping to PO and APO
Boxes may require additional postage since our online rates are for UPS Ground
shipments only. We will contact you via email for your approval of the
increased charge if this is
necessary.At this time we are not able to ship to any
location outside of the US.You will receive an email if we are out of
stock of an item on your order. Your total shipping cost will not exceed that shown on your order
confirmation. Your credit card will only be charged for items as they
ship. We do not ship backorders. If you receive anything damaged or broken, please

inspection by UPS. We will contact you with further instructions if
needed. Do not throw anything away without the approval from us to do
so. Most times, we require items be returned if damaged.Don't like what you bought, or simply changed your
mind? Just call or Email us and we will give you instructions to have the item sent back.
Please include the billing name from the order and the order number when
