Note to
Pop-Up blocker users:
If you have trouble
putting a particular item in
your shopping cart and
you are using a pop-up
blocker it is probably a
temporarily out of stock
item. The message telling
you this is contained in a
pop-up screen you may not be
able to see. Try putting
something different in your
cart. If that item
successfully get added, the
out of stock message is
almost certainly the
culprit. If you can turn
your blocker off you should
be able to confirm this. Service

are 11:00 AM until 6:00 PM EST daily. Beyond store hours, an answering machine
will take your call, and we will get back to you promptly. Naturally,
Candleshop.com is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and you may order at
any time.

Shopping online has never been easier! Simply
browse our online store by clicking a Category in the Left Column, or by
clicking on any of the Categories shown in the chain near the top of many pages.
Additionally use our simple search box located at the top of every page, or the
Advanced Search page you can reach by clicking on the link beside the Simple
Search.
Ordering an item: When you are ready to
order an item, you simply select a scent from the drop down menu (if applicable
-- some items, such as oil lamps, don't have scents.) Enter the quantity of
items you would like to order in the quantity box, then click the Add to Cart
button. The page will reload with a confirmation message saying the item has
been added to your cart. It's that easy!
Your Cart. Changing an Order or Checking Out.
If you would like to see a list of items you have currently selected to order,
simply click any "Checkout" link. You will be taken to a screen
that will show the items and quantities you've ordered, as well as the current
price. From this screen you may do three things.
1. Continue Shopping. If you would like to
continue shopping, simply click on any link in the left column, or at the top
of the page. The items in your cart will be retained.
2. Checkout. If your order is perfect and
you are ready to complete the final step to ordering, click on Continue at the
bottom of this page. You will then be taken to
a screen where your shipping information is sent in private encoded format.
